Initial 60-minute Nutrition Consultation via phone, FaceTime, Skype or in-Person (Pittsburgh, PA only)

As a telehealth provider, my services are available to anyone in the US via phone, FaceTime or Skype. If you happen to live in Pittsburgh an in-person visit is also available. The initial consult is where we will get down to business. A nutrition assessment will be made using weight, height, food diary, activity journal, frequent food lists, recent lab results. Goals will be solidified and a plan of action will be made. 

Follow-up visit via phone, FaceTime, Skype or in-Person (Pittsburgh, PA only)(45 minutes)

The follow-up visit is all about progress since the last encounter. It is fundamental in any plan to track progress, if no progress occurs then the plan needs to be reevaluated. Progress may be in the form of pounds on the scale or inches from the waist, a hemoglobin A1C or even cholesterol levels.

The Package Deal is perfect for those of you with a large weight loss goal or diet/ lifestyle change you may need additional support to maintain over the long run. The Package Deal includes the Initial Nutrition Consultation, 5 Follow-up visits, and unlimited email support.

Plant-Based Nutrition Workshop (Pittsburgh, PA only) (usually a two hour event)

Gather up to 9 friends and family members for a plant-based nutrition workshop catered to the topic of your choice. Includes presentation, virtual store tour, food demo with tasting, Q&A and any other cool ideas we might come up with together to make it fun! Contact me below for a quote!
